The Town Planning Ordinance as amended in 2023 (the Amended Ordinance) takes effect on 1.9.2023. Pursuant to the transitional provisions under the Amended Ordinance, sections 6 to 6H of the pre-amended Ordinance still apply to the plans with “#” below which were exhibited before the said date.

Recently Approved Plans

The following Approved Plans are available for public inspection below and at the Planning Enquiry Counters of the Planning Department within the first month of the approval of the concerned Plan by the Chief Executive in Council.
