Guidance Notes for Applications Submitted under Sections 12A and 16 of the Town Planning Ordinance Revised (October 2019)

The Town Planning Board (TPB) agreed on 27 September 2019 to adopt revised Guidance Notes for applications submitted under sections 12A and 16 of the Town Planning Ordinance with immediate effect. The revisions are mainly to set out the current hearing arrangements for section 12A application and section 17 review, and provide guidance for application for renewal of permission for temporary use/development.
