Increasing Housing and Land Supply

It has all along been the Government’s policy to adopt a multi-pronged approach to increase housing
and land supply, for instance, in recent years, through implementation of the New Development Area
(NDA) projects, increase development intensity of public housing sites, land use reviews to identify
suitable sites for residential use, as well as to optimise the site utilisation through redevelopment or
topside development at railway properties and related sites along railway lines.
