After giving consideration to the 629 representations and 105 comments on 19 June 2020, the Board
decided to partially uphold some representations by revising the Remarks of the Notes for the “C”
zone to incorporate the requirement for submission of a layout plan for the “C(2)” zone. The Board
also agreed to revise the Explanatory Statement for the “C(2)” zone to encourage the provision of
more GIC facilities. The proposed amendment to the draft OZP was published under section 6C(2) of
the Ordinance on 10 July 2020. After giving consideration to the two further representations on 11
September 2020, the Board decided not to uphold the further representations and agreed to amend
the draft OZP by the proposed amendment. The draft OZP was approved by the CE in C on 24
November 2020 and renumbered as S/H7/21.
